Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse located in the village od Lake Placid. Walking distance to Main Street, public beach, tennis courts, park and playground. Under 1/4 mile to the Olympic Center, 1/2 mile to the horse show grounds and ski jumps, 5 miles to the Verizon bobsled complex, 9 1/2 miles to Whiteface Mountain and near multiple championship golf courses. Beautiful mountain views and plenty of quaint shops with many activities for all ages.
The main floor consists of an eat in kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath. There is a gas operated fireplace and deck. Upstairs you will find a full bath with separate dressing area and double vanity and 2 large bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Downstairs there is another full bath and another large bedroom with 3 twin beds along with a den containing a futon and laundry area.
NO PETS. Anyone found in violation shall be immediately denied occupancy and forfeit security deposit and rent.
NO SMOKING inside dwelling. Anyone found in violation shall be immediately denied occupancy and forfeit security deposit and rent.
Tennant must dispose all rubbish in trash closet outside of unit on departure. Trash is picked up weekly. Please run all soiled dishes through dishwasher. Leave soiled linen in laundry area and remove all unused food. Tennant shall maintain the premises in good condition and vacate the premises in a state of cleanliness comparable to that which existed upon occupancy.
Bed linens and towels are included. We will start you off with paper products (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and dish detergent. Any additional supplies must be provided by tennant (ie. laundry soap, shampoo,soap etc).
$500.00 security deposit is required. Deposit is due 30 days prior to rental. After review of property upon departure, deposit will be returned within 30 days provided no damages to property have occured.
Rates:
$1,200 to $3,500 per week.
$200 to $450 per night.

Rental Rates: USD
$500. security deposit required 30 days prior to rental. Deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure upon inspection of premesis providing no damage occures to property.
50% rental deposit is due to hold accomodations. Remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to rental start date.
Money Order is the only acceptable forms of payment. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

- Minimum stay: 3 Nights
- Check-In: 4 p.m.
- Check-Out: 9 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is full return of rent and security if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to rental. Security deposit is forfeited 30 to 14 days prior to rental and full rent is forfeited for cancellations less than 14 days.
