Master bedroom has its own full bathroom with completely tiled walk in shower, king sized bed, down pillows and Flat screen cable TV. Second bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed wiith down pillows and third bedroom equipped with one full size and one twin bed. Living room and family room with duel fireplace. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Family room has a large flat screen cable with showtime and netflix TV, DVD, stereo, fireplace, large leather sectional lounger sofa, and a book case full of books. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and gas BBQ. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors. |

Cancellation Policy
We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.
