For Holiday Rate in off-season -- (pro-rated based on peek-season weekly rate)
OFF-SEASON - MINIMUM STAY 3 nights at $350 per night - 1BD/1BA
OFF-SEASON - MINIMUM STAY 3 nights at $500 per night - 3BD/2BA
OFF-SEASON - ENTIRE HOME 7 nights at $2500 week - 4BD/3BA
Maximum number of guests--- twice the number of bedrooms rented
PEEK-SEASON 4 BD /3 BA ( 3 king - 1 queen ) ... $4250/week, ENTIRE HOUSE RENTED from June 20 thru Sept 6th
