(seperate check)30 days prior to occupancy. The security deposit will not be deposited ,providing there is no damage or anything missing.
FALL SPECIAL: $1500. week except HOLIDAYS (3BD/2BA) payment due in full at time of booking. Maximum number of overnight occupants, (8)ten, during OFF-Season,
Smoking Prohibited indoors and on outdoor decks/balcony and no pets.
