Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen that require a change in plans. We ask that you understand that because we are a small family-owned single property private rental, we have expenses associated with renting our home. As such, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made at least 14 days (1 month for holidays and special events) in advance of your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a 90% refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival, and we are unable to rebook someone for your reserved dates, we will be unable to refund your deposit. If we are able to rebook your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 25% handling charge.
