Our peninsula offers a newly built & furnished home featuring heat & air,vaulted ceiling & skylights in main room. We include all amenities. All you need are personal belongings, food and clothes. We have all recreational items including 3 mt. bikes, 2 canoes & 2 kayaks 4 passenger electric car for licensed drivers, lawn games, snorkel equipment. Our north dock is deep water, south dock is shallow. The views are fantastic. There is plenty of room for a boat you might bring or rent. We are 15 minutes from Ticonderoga where you will find super Walmart, shopping & fine restaurants. Many day trips are within 1 hour away, or sit and enjoy the pleasures of the"Queen of Americas" lake. Amenities of this House

We offer a monthly rental for $11500.00. We additionally have a studio apartment with full kitchen & bath, heat & air. This is available for your overflow beyond 6 people @ $1500.00 per week. It offers a pullout queen sofa bed & there are 2 aero beds to sleep 4 people.If there is any interest in the studio we can email pics.
