Beautiful new 3 level Lake house 1 mile from the slopes at Hunter Mountain. Home is located on a private road in the Coloniel's Chair development right on a lake with your own dock. Full eat in kitchen, fantastically furnished throughout, TV room for the kids and a great room with amazing views of the mountains and a lake. Fish & swim right off your own dock at this house! Kitchen has it all, coffee maker, dishwasher, full sets of dishes and glasses, everything you need to cook for the family. Washer & dryer, hardwood floors in the main living area, sleeps 8 people max with 3/4 bedroom, 2 full baths (jacuzzi tub) and loft. Only 2 1/2 hours from NYC.
