SUMMER RATES: May 15th- Sept 2nd $145 night, 2 night min. $876 week
plus 8% tax. Holiday weekends 3 night minimum.

FALL RATES; Sept 7th-Nov 14th $134 night plus 8% tax, 2 night min. $775+tax weekly

WINTER RATES: Nov 15th-March 15th $129 night plus 8% tax, 2 night min. $711 weekly +tax

For larger groups rent BOTH of our rental homes (sleep 9, 5 in the Carriage House, 4 in the Guest House). Port-a-crib, 2 Regalo children`s cots (2-6 year old) & highchair available.

Check in by 7pm unless previously arranged. Check out 11 AM, ask about late check out 8 pm, $35 fee if available

Vacation at Pine Ridge Farm in the beautiful Catskill Mountains with over 100 acres of meadows & private woods, 4+ miles of trails with private picnic areas & benches to relax on along the way, beautiful meadows & picnic areas (tables & chairs), second picnic area in woods. View the wildlife as they drink from the pond. Visit with our horses. Relax on the stone patio by the shag hickory trees in the middle of the woods.

We are located 2 1/2 hours north of NY City bordering Sunny Hill Golf Course & Resort. Thunderhart Golf Club is just around the corner. Rainbow Golf Club is 5 minutes away. There are 9 courses minutes from us.
