The Baldwin house is within 5 minute's walking distance to: restaurants, taverns, antique stores, drugstore, post office, grocery store and golf course.
There are also many beautiful state parks on the lakes or with water falls and walking trails, As well as wine tours all within a 10-25 min. drive.
Downtown Ithaca, Cornell and Ithaca College are a 15 min. drive from Trumansburg.

You will not be charged for the $500 security deposit in the event of a cancellation.
