Spring and summer blooming flowers planted all around the house. Lots of birds. Near to antique shopping, restaurants, historic bars and hotels, Belleayre resort, 1hr+ Cooperstown, 30 minutes to unspoiled Andes, Delhi, beautiful mountains drives, state park, public access lake. Local guide with directions available. Cats, dogs, kids all welcome. 3 hrs from NYC.
