- 2 Bedrooms on the first floor with further accommodations in the 16 x 28 second floor / loft area and full basement.
- Kitchen and dining area with oven/range , refrigerator/freezer , dishwasher and microwave.
- 2 Full Bathrooms
- A Fully enclosed 12ft x 16ft porch
- A 12ft x 14ft open deck
- Air Conditioned (large window in loft area for air conditioning unit)
- 2 Stall garage
- A semi private beach area on Schroon River , owned by Schroon River Association , is within a 5 minute walk.
- A 15 acre area , located centrally within Schroon River Association , is available for hiking
- 2 canoes are available for use on the beach area.(use of the canoes is at the risk of the renters)
- For skiers, Gore Mountain is a 17 mile drive and West Mountain is a 32 mile drive
- The Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the Saratoga Race Track are within a 45 minute drive
- The Brant Lake Beach is a 5 minute drive with Schroon Lake Beach within 20 minutes
- This is the personal home of my sister , brother and myself , not to be used as a Party House .
