Description of this Adirondacks Vacation Rental House

July and August
3 bedroom lakeside cottage furnished and all linens provided along with many amenities. (Master BR has 1 king-size bed, two other BR have full size beds, & a sleeper sofa in living room.)
$600. per seven nights, beginning at 2:00 pm on Sunday until 12:00 noon the following Sunday. Additional consecutive weeks are discounted by $50 per week. A weekend rate is $350.
The check-in and check-out days and times can be adjusted. Please contact us with requests.
Rates apply as a full cottage rental regardless of the number of people, but the maximum number of occupants for any night is six adults or a family of seven.
Steps away is a swimming beach with Lifeguard, a fishing dock, a community deck, and everything is close to the Silver Lake Drive-in and Charcoal Corral family food/recreation area
2 car maximum parking on the premises although there is additional parking nearby.
$100 Security deposit due at check-in - refunded at check-out after inspection.
Non-smoking environment indoors. Pets may be considered (for an additional charge) and this needs to be discussed in advance.
Choice weeks are still available.
