Description of this Adirondacks Vacation Rental House

This 2 bedroom cottage is located just a short walking distance to the public beach of Lake Luzerne. Relax sitting at the picnic table on the deck.

Cottage has living room, dining area, kitchen w/stove and refrigerator, bathroom w/tub, double bed, 2 twin beds, rollaway twin bed and cot. Linens included. Air conditioning included.

Pets welcomed.

Cottage is located 11 miles from Lake George and 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs. A wonderful place to stay and relax. Plenty to do within those areas such as water tubing, horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, Great Escape, Boat rides on Lake George, Saratoga Performing Arts, Racino in Saratoga Springs, Shopping Outlets (Timberline, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Carters, Big Dogs, Dress Barn, Nautica and more)

A 25% of rental fee is required to reserve this rental plus any pet surcharges within 1 week by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) of the booking. Contract is required to be signed by tenant. Final payment and deposits must be made 4 weeks in advance of arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will have to pay rental and deposits in full.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 30+ days prior to start of reservation period will obtain a refund of the deposit, minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of start date will forfeit the entire deposit, unless a re-booking at same rate can be achieved.

Check in is after 3 pm and Check out is before 10am

Deposits will be refunded within one week of your stay as long as there is no damage to the premises.
