It has a kitchen which includes a refrigerator, a stove, a toaster, microwave oven, can opener and a coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with cups, eating utensils and plates. A barbecue grill is included. It is only a few minutes drive from the Saratoga raceway. In addition to horse racing, there is other gambling at the raceway. There are many recreation activities in the area such as walking trails, boating, golf, hunting, etc. There is direct access to snow mobile, bicycle and walking trails as well. There are several restaurants within a mile radius. The Wilton Mall is less than 3 miles away. The Apt is only 3 miles from exits 15 and 16 on Interstate 87. $2700 is the rate for 6 weeks. $3500 is the rate for the season which is 8 weeks. $5000 is the rate for 12 weeks. This is during the Summer, June-September. $600 Deposit to hold. $600 security deposit required.
