This cozy vacation home is perfect for families. It is located on 2+ acres with large yards with apple trees and a wooded path down to the beautiful Schoharie River. Ideal for picnics, wading, swimming, fishing, sunbathing, reading and relaxing.

The house is in Lexington, located 7 minutes from Hunter mountain. It`s close to skiing, hiking, horseback riding, arts festivals and more.

The house includes a full eat-in kitchen with a sun porch, pool table in the basement, washer and dryer. It is equipped for young children with a portable crib, high chair, toys and books.

Friendly pets are welcome. No smoking. $600 wk, $1800 month, longer term available.
