The beautiful Hamlet of Halcottsville is located on Route 30 between Margaretville and Roxbury. Our home is the town`s old schoolhouse and it sits up on a hill overlooking Lake Wawaka where canoeing and kayaking are a must in the summertime.

For winter recreation, we are located within 10 miles of 2 of the areas skiing mountains, Belleayre and Plattekill.

The house can accomodate 8 people comfortably.

SUMMER SEASON is July 1, 2005 to August 30, 2005.
