www.Adirondackviews.com Serene, accessible, year-round lodging located within six miles of Whiteface Mountain and High Peaks, and a half hour of Lake Placid. This one acre property situated on a cul-de-sac has wraparound deck offering western views of Whiteface and southern vistas to the High Peaks across pastureland. The "best seat in the house" may be from the patio furniture on the deck or the Adirondack rustic stick chairs on the lower covered patio off the master bedroom suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen large enough for two cooks and informal seating for two plus. The dining area seats four with room for expansion. The living room includes a fireplace; cable TV with DVD, VCR; pullout full size couch and a circular stair to the loft. Three twin beds (or 1 king, 1 twin), dresser, closet, and cable TV welcome the kids to this cozy getaway at the top of the house.
