A fully carpeted/open interior layout of 1400 plus square feet includes two bedrooms plus loft, two full baths (one with whirlpool bath, another with hair dryer), a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a spacious dining area with expandable table, cathedral great room featuring a gas fireplace with polished granite hearth and a view of the mountains from 10` tall windows.

Laundry room with iron and board, plenty of storage closets, downstairs brick patio and upstairs deck complete the picture. Split system air conditioner/heating unit assures comfort in any season.

Sleeping arrangements consist of a pull-out, queen sleeper sofa downstairs, a king sized bed in master bedroom with option to separate bed into two twins, twin beds in second bedroom with option for king sized bed upstairs, and a loft which could accommodate a crib or large air mattress. Loft is currently set up as a TV nook with a two-seat sofa and large, comfortable chair.
