Brand new kitchen with tile counter, new tiled bath and newly refinished oak floors. Tastefully furnished. Front porch for easy ski drop off. Walk to conveniences of village, across the street to NYC bus stop.

December 1 - April 1:
$9,000 for season (2 floor house)
May be split to separate units $5,000 for season.

Fleishmanns is a rustic victorian village that time forgot. Nestled in the Catskill mountains, it is also a winter sports lover`s paradise. Ski/Snowboard at Bellayre, Plattekill, Bobcat, Windham, Hunter. Cross-country skiing, snowshoe hike anywhere. Wilderness abounds. Snowmobile from Fleischmanns throughout NY state on groomed trails all the way to Canada. At night, fine dining throughout the region. Weekly auction every Saturday night in Fleishmanns. Many quaint villages to visit. Pristine mountain views abound. No McDonalds and no traffic lights.
