Description of this Adirondacks Vacation Rental House

Located just outside the center of Old Forge, each cottage has a pleasant combination living room/kitchenette and two bedrooms which sleep four to five people. Each cottage has a bathroom/shower, refrigerator, stove, dishes, cooking utensils, TV, heat, blankets and pillows. (We do not furnish bed linens, towels or paper goods.) Some cottages are located at the water`s edge and others in a wooded area, all of which have picnic tables and outside fireplaces. Canoes are also available. Docking facilities are available for those who wish to bring their own boat. There is also a play area for children. Guests have use of a large sun deck over the boathouse and a deck overlooking the swimming area.

Summer Fun: Indulge in swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, picnicking, shopping or just sit back and experience the peace and quiet that surrounds you.

Winter Activities: Enjoy the scenic wonderland and take part in the many activities available, ice skating, down hill or cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, hunting big and small game in season. Remember snow-tubing is always a favorite at McCauley Mountain for young and old alike. For those of you who enjoy snowmobiling, you can ride right from your door to Trail #4! Enjoy over 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails! We also have plenty of room for trailer parking.
