A charming 3 bedroom house on 4 acres of scenic and serene land with stream in picturesque Columbia County. Located 2 hours from New York City, this fully furnished cottage and its beautifully landscaped acreage are available for weekend, weekday or season-long rentals.

The house is fully furnished including dishes, television (dvd/vhs), stereo w/cd & record player, all major appliances including washer and dryer. A garage is also available for use. Three bedrooms: two queen beds and a full bed; 2 bathrooms: one upstairs with claw foot tub, one downstairs with shower and a full sized futon in the living room. Dining table seats 8-10 people. A lovely front porch with adirondack chairs, outdoor fire pit and gas grill are available for use. A playhouse for the kids or writer’s retreat sits along the stream. A private hiking trail runs along the north side of the house. Huge front yard for family football game or playing in the snow.

Centrally located just outside of Millerton, the house is just 20 minutes from Rhinebeck, 30 minutes from Hudson and 30 minutes from Great Barrington. Amenities including several golf courses, fishing, hunting, wine tasting, hiking along the Harlem Valley Trail, farmers markets and antique shopping are all just minutes away.

Deposit: $350 is payable by money order, cashier’s check or cash and must be paid prior to arrival. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CHECK IN. A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK IN. All Security Deposits will be returned by US Mail within 15 days of termination of occupancy, less any deductions for damage, cleaning fees, or other items. in advance

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund of rent paid, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, will be made for cancellations received sixty days prior to the rental date. In the case of cancellations made less than sixty days of the rental date, no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. (Note: last minute rentals, cancellation fees may be waived.)
