Totally remodeled cottage. Large enclosed porch with adjoining open deck has beautiful views of the lake. Thirty feet of lawn between the cottage and dock/swim area. Secluded from neighbors. Paddleboat and rowboat available. Cottage has fully equipped kitchen, one tub/shower bathroom downstairs, one bedroom downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, combined dining room and living room with woodstove. Main living room and enclosed front porch have sofa beds. Additionally, a separate one room guest house behind cottage has two twin beds. Swimming, boating, and fishing on premises. Hiking trails, golf courses, and horseback riding within minutes. An hour`s drive to Howe Caverns, Saratoga Racetrack and Cooperstown`s Baseball Hall of Fame.
