10 mins from JFK airport, 17 mins from La Guardia, this apartment can accommodate 4~~6 persons. It consists of
two bedrooms , a beautiful, fully tiled bath with a deep soak HYDROTHERAPY whirlpool tub, a fully equipped kitchen with all equipment, a cozy eating and sitting area
With sunlight in every room . The masters bedroom has a Queen size bed. The other bedroom has two twin sized beds
Free wireless high speed internet, digital phone service, cable TV , dvd , stereo,clean fresh linens and big fluffy white bath towels all included. Each bedroom comes with its own flat screen TV. A 32 ins screen in the masters room and a 20 ins in the second room.
This 700sq ft. apt. is on the second floor. Free street parking available!
The following amenities are within three mins walk: Laundry, Pharmacy, Grocery, Restaurants,Chinese food, Italian pizza, burgers, and many more restaurants..
The A train serving all Manhattan is 5 mins walk from the Apartment

Queens Center has been ranked as the mall where the most money is spent per square foot in the U.S. A major renovation and expansion in 2004 added more indoor parking and more retail space, as well as atriums that bring sunlight into its four levels.
The mall's west side (Macy's) and east side (JCPenney) do not connect in the basement concourse, nor on the first floor (street level), where the two sides are separated by 92nd Street.

Well, what can I say that previous reviews haven't already said...nothing really. Winston greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome which was the start of a very comfortable stay at this well kept apt. My daughter also says that it was great to have her own space when she wanted it, not so if we had booked a hotel room in Manhattan. This trip was her 21st birthday gift from Mum (me) and Dad (who couldn't make the trip due to work commitments). We had no problems at all, either with the subway ($25 for 7 day metrocard, well worth it, even used this on Staten Island for a bus ride to Historic RichmondTown) and didn't feel uncomfortable when walking around the neighborhood. It is a lovely time of year to visit NY as everywhere was starting to get in the Christmas spirit, decoration of houses, shops, etc. I would definitely recommend this apt to my family and friends for a stay in NY.

We stayed at Winston Property for 4 days in September, from the start of the process, i.e booking, arriving,duration&leaving-Winston was always there to help. We had his mobile number and any problems we could phone him up, even organizing rides to and from the airport. The subway is in walking distance of the apartment &there is a huge supermarket just round the corner. We had no hassles while we were there. It was really an awesome experience and gave us a good feel of New York. Thanks to Winston who got our tour of the US off to a great start! Thanks again from all the South Africans

We had the best time possible in NYC made that much better staying in Winston's Apartment in Queens. Close to Manhattan by subway but far enough to get a great feel of the city we had no problems with this accommodation at all. Winston was very helpful answering all our questions before we even asked them. The Apartment is well set up with a family in mind. We traveled (with 3 children) through many cities on this trip and this was the best apartment we found. We are recommending this place to all our friends and can't wait to go back. Thanks Winston.
