Apartments:
Exposed-brick walls and hardwood floors coupled with the art work and light fixtures give the apartment an air of contemporary design and taste. These beautiful apartments have two queen-size beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room - studio style) divided by beautiful double/sliding doors (some apartments have an additional queen sleeper couch). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking although most guests prefer to enjoy the local cuisine. The bathroom is set up with towels and toiletries. These apartments are fully air-conditioned in the Summer and completely heated in the Winter. Extra linens and towels are provided upon request. Since most travelers come to the New York City to spend most of the day out, these apartments do not have TV's. Wireless high speed internet included. I have eleven identical apartments on all six floors (walk-up building).

In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you give us a two week notice in order to refund you - minus a $100 service fee. The refund will processed at the beginning of our next billing cycle.If you do cancel after that and we are not able re-book the nights you reserved, we cannot guarantee you a refund - hope it does not happen.
