This modern, million dollar, rennovated loft like two bedroom takes up the entire floor! It has Queen sized beds in both bedrooms, two full Baths. It comes with a huge Flat Screen Plasma TV. Central air and heat which you control, DVD player, Premium sound system ($10,000), Wifi, granite kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, all modern conveniences. Washer and Dryer in unit. Queen sized sofa bed in living room, along with a twin sized sofa bed. There are air mattresses as well. It is a HUGE for Manhattan 1300 square feet. Check our competitors, they are all much smaller.

You cannot ask for a better location. It is three blocks from the World Trade Center. Steps to Century 21 clothing store. Walk to the New York Stock Exchange, South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge. Steps to City Hall. Two blocks from Double Decker tour bus stop. ALL major subways are within two small blocks!!! You will be anywhere in the city in no time. 10 minutes to Times Square!
