Surrounded by trees, this romantic retreat on Sleepy Hollow Lake offers all comforts and amenities in a private and safe setting. Fully heated and air conditioned, there is a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, which also has its own balcony, and a large oval deck leading from the living room looking out onto the water. This three level house has an all wood interior with wide pine plank floors. A sleeping loft acts as a second bedroom with window and skylight. The bathroom's sloping ceiling also includes a skylight over a claw footed tub sunk in Mexican paving tiles. For July, August and Sept. the weekly rate is $1500 plus refundable security. June and Oct. $1350 and $1195 other times plus security. Two night weekend rate is $475 plus security. This does not apply from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
