Sutton Place is nestled between the Upper East Side and Midtown.  In the strictest and most technical sense, its boundaries run along the East River from 57^th Street to 59^th Street.  If you’re in a highly precise mood, Sutton Place South occupies the area from 57^th Street down to 53^rd Street.  However, the generally accepted definition has Sutton Place stretching from the East River to Second Avenue and from 53^rd to 59^th Streets.

Sutton Place hasn’t forfeited its standing as one of the most exclusive residential address in the city of New York.  Of course, being near Midtown on the one side and the Upper East Side on the other means that you’re not very far away from iconic Manhattan.  But if you’re looking for a sophisticated and elegant house to call your own - temporarily at least - a vacation rental in Sutton Place will fit the bill.
