Sutton Place is nestled between the Upper East Side and Midtown. In the strictest and most technical sense, its boundaries run along the East River from 57th Street to 59th Street. If you’re in a highly precise mood, Sutton Place South occupies the area from 57th Street down to 53rd Street. However, the generally accepted definition has Sutton Place stretching from the East River to Second Avenue and from 53rd to 59th Streets.

Sutton Place hasn’t forfeited its standing as one of the most exclusive residential address in the city of New York. Of course, being near Midtown on the one side and the Upper East Side on the other means that you’re not very far away from iconic Manhattan.
