Summer and Winter at Pine Hill, NY

Are you looking for a vacation rental that will put you in the middle of some of New York’s best skiing?  Consider booking a vacation rental in or near the town of Pine Hill.  It’s between Belleayre Ski Center, considered one of the best in the east, and Shandaken Mountain.  Hunter Mountain Ski Center is also within driving distance, just in  case one ski-centric park isn’t enough.

Aside from swishing down frosty slopes, what else does the Pine Hill area have to offer potential visitors?  It’s located in Catskill Park, so come warmer weather, you can hike, birdwatch, bike, or relax to your heart’s content.  There’s also places for horseback riding.  Being just minutes away from Phoenicia, with its famous trout streams, you can also count on some fishing.

Getting There:  Pine Hill is located in Ulster County.  It’s about 85 miles south of Albany and 135 miles north of New York City.  Many major airlines fly into Albany International Airport; for a slightly closer airport, check out Stewart Airport in Newburgh, 70 miles south, to see if your preferred airline uses that airport.
