Jamesport is approximately 35 miles east of Islip and the Long Island Airport.  Queens and its airports, JFK and LaGuardia, are about 70 miles away.  It’s also two hours’ drive from Manhattan to the Jamesport area.

What to Do and See:  The glitz of the Hamptons borders the North Fork region.  But Jamesport and the North Fork provide visitors a sense of reality.  Rather than trendy vacation villa owners and wealthy jet-setters, you get a group of people who live here year round and love the farms, vineyards, and beaches of Jamesport.  A vacation rental here provides access to Long Island at its rural best.
